Required Skills: •Coordinate the subcontractor qualification process from initial invitation through approval and annual renewal. •Serve as the primary contact for subcontractors by answering questions, providing guidance, and assisting with required documentation. •Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders for adding or updating subcontractors, expediting reviews, gathering required documentation or providing guidance on internal processes and procedures. •Guiding subcontractor submissions through a multi-departmental review process for approval. •Track and monitor required documentation including: licenses, EMR and OSHA safety information, financial & bonding information, and quality control •Maintain accurate subcontractor records within the company's qualification and vendor management systems. •Monitor expiration dates and proactively communicate renewal requirements to subcontractors. •Coordinate with Safety, Risk Management, Legal, and Finance to resolve compliance issues or missing documentation.
