FTT will require proof of status prior to employment. •Uses classical hand calculations along with finite element analyses to evaluate conceptual, preliminary, and final structural evaluation of turbomachinery components and assemblies. •Ensures that structural analysis follows accepted methods, meets the appropriate internal and/or customer requirements, and is properly checked and documented. •Supports field or production issues, such as root cause investigations and disposition of manufacturing nonconformances. •Organizes and participates in technical round-table meetings with team members, discipline experts, and the Chief Engineer’s office. •Communicates regularly with team leads, program managers, and customers to provide project technical and schedule status. Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to sit and stand for long periods of time. •Demonstrated capacity to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, mouse, phones, rotating wrist, using tools/equipment).
