Required Skills: •Advise clients on the structuring, execution, and closing of CLO transactions. •Represent arrangers, issuers, investors, managers, and other market participants in structured finance transactions. •Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and ancillary agreements. •Provide counsel on regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters relating to structured credit products. •Manage multiple active transactions and coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders. •Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on complex financing transactions involving middle-market and broadly syndicated loan assets. Qualifications: •JD from an accredited law school. •Admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. •2–8 years of law firm experience in structured finance, securitization, leveraged finance, asset-based lending, or related transactional practices. •Meaningful experience with CLOs, structured credit products, or middle-market leveraged loan transactions preferred. •Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client-management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced transactional environment. •Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service.
