This fully remote role will be responsible for developing and managing electrical BIM models, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring accurate, constructible designs throughout the project lifecycle. •5+ years of electrical BIM/VDC modeling experience with an electrical contractor. Required Skills: •Create and maintain electrical BIM models using Revit and Navisworks. •Perform clash detection and participate in multi-trade coordination meetings. •Produce shop drawings, installation drawings, and prefabrication packages. •Partner cross-functionally with project managers, engineers, field teams, and other trade partners. •Review construction documents for constructability and coordination issues. •Maintain project BIM standards and model accuracy. Qualifications: •Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/ACC. •In-depth knowledge of commercial electrical systems and construction practices. •Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment. •This is a Permanent position based out of Cincinnati, OH.
