As new roles become available, you’ll coordinate their release in a timely, strategic way to keep pace with company growth OKRs. •In addition to these responsibilities, you’ll support broader Growth Strategy initiatives related to market expansion, workforce planning, and operational efficiency across the Outreach organization. If you’re inspired by our mission and energized by the opportunity to increase access to mental healthcare and impact millions of lives in a profound way, apply today. •Own territory mapping and book building for the Outreach team, ensuring rep coverage is structured thoughtfully and deployed effectively •Partner with Outreach leadership and Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning decisions, including where to hire, when to open roles, and how to align coverage with growth priorities •Support account assignment, regional reshuffling, and rep coverage changes as the organization evolves •Build and maintain analyses and planning tools related to TAM, hiring strategy, Community Engagement (inside sales) planning, capacity planning, and market expansion •Help improve territory mapping, workforce planning, and book-building processes through scalable operational enhancements Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree •0–1 years of full-time work experience; relevant internship experience in a start-up, consulting, or investment banking setting strongly preferred •Exceptional communication, interpersonal, listening, and relationship-building skills •Microsoft Office proficiency—Word, PowerPoint, Excel •Resourceful with a natural ability to problem solve •Proactive self-starter and natural multitasker •Highly analytical, with an ability to construct research and data-driven recommendations •Located within a 45-minute commute of New York City and able to work 4 days per week in our NYC office Compensation: •$100,000 per year •$110,000 per year •Competitive benefits and rewards package •In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
