Required Skills: •Develop and execute sourcing strategies for direct and indirect spend categories. •Lead supplier contract negotiations, pricing agreements, terms and conditions, and long-term supply agreements. •Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and corrective action initiatives. •Identify and implement cost savings, cost avoidance, and supplier rationalization opportunities. •Leverage ERP systems to analyze spend, monitor purchasing activity, improve data integrity, and support procurement decision-making. •Develop purchasing, supplier, and forecasting reports for leadership using ERP and analytical tools. •Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to support business objectives. •Drive procurement process improvements, standardization, and best practices throughout the organization. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field. •Proven experience negotiating supplier contracts, commercial agreements, and pricing strategies. •Strong ERP system experience required (Epicor experience highly preferred). •Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze purchasing and supplier performance data. •Power BI and analytics experience preferred.
