This position reports to Anaheim, CA on a hybrid basis •Develop and execute sourcing strategies for key commodities and suppliers, including steel, aluminum, copper, paint, electronics, packaging, and miscellaneous assembly parts, while leveraging division and corporate tools to improve cost effectiveness, efficiency, and supply chain resilience. •Lead the divisional metal commodity strategy and partner with business unit sourcing leads across the division to leverage buying power, align priorities, and deliver enterprise value. •Drive supplier management and compliance expectations, including corporate social responsibility, risk management, supplier financial health, and alignment with division and corporate performance metrics. •Build and nurture strong supplier partnerships by establishing KPIs, tracking scorecards, and leading recurring business reviews to improve performance and identify future efficiency opportunities. •Strengthen supply resilience by ensuring the current and future supply base can support business needs through competitive cost, capacity, capability, quality, on-time delivery, and effective inventory management. •Lead complex supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms, improve cost position, and protect quality, service, and continuity expectations. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or a related field required. •Project management certification preferred.
