Quantify financial impact, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement action plans, and track realized benefits. •Analyze and report on sourcing trends affecting business performance, including contract expirations, pricing fluctuations, cost variance analysis, market conditions, commodity trends, tariffs, and economic indicators. •Support supplier negotiations by conducting cost-benefit analyses, benchmarking studies, working capital assessments, and payment term evaluations. •Support sourcing projects, supplier rationalization initiatives, productivity programs, and strategic supplier development activities. •Consistent with the Crane Business System (CBS), participate in, facilitate, and lead Kaizen and continuous improvement events that eliminate waste, improve flow, enhance supplier performance, and deliver measurable results in Growth, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Working Capital. •Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics teams to support supply chain initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and drive sustainable business results. •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to make timely, effective, and data-driven decisions. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project, with the ability to analyze large datasets and present findings to stakeholders. Qualifications: •Assist business units with vendor onboarding and setup, invoicing issues, data discrepancies, supplier master data management, and payment term negotiations. Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance, data integrity, and process accuracy.
