Hiring: Strategic Partner Account Coordinator Company: Underground Printing Location: Ypsilanti, MI Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 12:00:24 Employment Type: Full-time About the job Required Skills: •Underground Printing (UGP’s) Mission Statement is to help bring customer communities to life through custom branded apparel & merchandise. •We serve both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) customers, including nonprofits, retailers, and universities, through our 27 store and office locations across the United States. In addition, we help brands and licensors sell their products online through company-branded websites and marketplace platforms. •We are seeking a highly organized and proactive •To serve as a dedicated in-house resource supporting one of UGP's Strategic Partner accounts. This position will work from UGP's main production facility and act as a primary liaison between the Strategic Partner and UGP's production, fulfillment, art, inventory, and logistics teams. •The ideal candidate is an effective communicator and problem solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, managing multiple priorities, tracking details, and coordinating across departments to ensure orders and projects move efficiently from start to finish. •Serve as a primary day-to-day liaison for Strategic Partner orders and operational needs within Underground Printing. •Coordinate communication between the Strategic Partner and UGP's production, fulfillment, art, inventory, and shipping teams. •Monitor active orders and proactively identify potential production, inventory, fulfillment, or shipping issues that could impact timelines. Qualifications: •Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects, orders, and priorities simultaneously. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Comfortable communicating directly with customers and internal departments. •Demonstrated ability to identify problems, coordinate solutions, and follow issues through to resolution. •Strong computer skills and ability to learn internal order management, inventory, and production systems. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple departments. •Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing, fulfillment, or distribution environment. •Apparel, promotional products, printing, or decorated apparel experience is a plus. •This role requires someone who takes ownership, communicates proactively, follows through on commitments, and continually looks for opportunities to make our Strategic Partner programs easier and more efficient.
