Required Skills: •Assist staff planners in developing strategic and operational concepts for new OPLANs/CONPLANs and branch plans. •Conduct research, gather data, and prepare planning inputs to support senior planners during plan development and updates. •Help coordinate with higher, adjacent, and supporting headquarters to ensure planning alignment and proper employment of forces. •Review assigned portions of OPLANS/CONPLANS and provide draft comments or recommendations for senior planner review. •Maintain awareness of theater‑relevant issues and assist in preparing planning products, briefings, and reports.
