Required Skills: •Work Management Leadership •Lead the site work management process from work identification through close-out. •Establish planning standards and review job plans and schedules for quality and accuracy. •Mentor Maintenance Planners and serve as the CMMS expert, providing SAP guidance and training. •Develop weekly, monthly and long-range schedules aligned with production priorities and workforce capacity. •Lead shutdown, outage and capital maintenance planning, including scope, resources, contractors and critical-path schedules. •Identify and resolve constraints affecting work readiness and execution. •Report on schedule compliance, planned versus unplanned work, backlog health and estimate accuracy. Qualifications: •High school diploma or GED required. •Technical diploma, trade qualification or degree in a maintenance-related field preferred. •CMRP, CPMM or similar maintenance certification is an asset. •Advanced knowledge of SAP PM or a comparable EAM, including master data, task lists and maintenance plans.
