Qualifications: •Master's degree in an engineering field from an accredited university or college •Bachelor's degree in an engineering field from an accredited university or college •Demonstrated manufacturing experience in HD ST or Generator components or final assembly •Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and IT. •In-depth knowledge of manufactured product structures, configuration logic, and order-to-execution processes. •Proven ability to work across multiple sites and regions, particularly North America and Europe. •Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. •Strong analytical and program leadership capabilities. •In-depth knowledge of configuration management principles, digital thread, and data governance. •Operational familiarity with product structure harmonization and cross-functional change management.
