Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or an analytical field; an MBA or master’s degree in progress/completed is a plus. •Proven ability to break down complex problems, analyze transaction/user data, and communicate technical/business tradeoffs clearly to leadership. •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with C-suite executives and external enterprise clients. •Operational familiarity with software ecosystem concepts (SaaS metrics, APIs, user journey mapping) and comfort navigating data/project tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL, Jira, or Trello). •High emotional intelligence, intense organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
