As •Strategic Finance Lead, Fulfillment •, you will conduct the financial and strategic analysis that informs how Faire optimally invests in scaling and improving fulfillment and logistics. That includes deep scenario modeling and a firm grasp of the building blocks of our unit economics, so we can iterate confidently as the fulfillment operation grows. •This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, highly collaborative, data-driven environment and wants to work closely across functions - with outsized impact on how the marketplace delivers for customers. •What You’ll Do •Own fulfillment unit economics and scenario modeling. Build and maintain the financial models that underpin Faire’s fulfillment strategy—cost-to-serve, network economics, carrier and 3PL pricing—and translate outputs into clear tradeoffs that inform investment decisions and operational priorities. •Support 3PL and carrier contract strategy.
