Hiring: Strategic Business Planning Analyst - Life & Employee Benefit Claims Production Support (Hybrid) Company: Transamerica Location: Denver, CO Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 11:52:07 Employment Type: Contract / Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Office, Project Management, ServiceNow, Six Sigma About the job Required Skills: •Develop and update strategic planning templates and communications. •Update strategic roadmap & assigned strategic dashboards/tracking mechanisms. •Define strategic planning processes, priorities, capabilities, measures of success, etc. Includes cadence and timing of various inputs/outputs; coordinate development of this process with the PMO and other functional leads. •Coordinate with peers across the organization (including the PMO as a key stakeholder) to develop and execute a holistic strategic planning process. •Identify integrations and establish contacts across the organization to align efforts and plan implementation. •Assist with escalated issues on priorities, goals, strategies, resources and key initiatives. •Prepare presentations for delivery to specific audiences.
