Required Skills: •Partner cross-functionally with executive, technical, and functional stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value opportunities for applying AI across the organization. •Architect, develop, and launch AI-powered products, intelligent agents, and automated workflows designed to enhance business processes across product development, sales, finance, customer experience, and operations. •Convert ambiguous business needs and complex challenges into scalable technical solutions, leading initiatives from ideation and rapid prototyping through production implementation. •Connect AI capabilities with existing enterprise technology ecosystems, including CRM and ERP applications, data warehouses, APIs, and legacy or distributed data environments. •Assess the AI and data readiness of potential initiatives, defining technical architecture, data requirements, integration needs, and implementation strategies. •Lead the rollout and adoption of AI solutions by developing training materials, documentation, enablement programs, and change-management practices in collaboration with business and technology teams. •Establish reusable architectures, development frameworks, playbooks, tools, and standards that improve the speed, quality, and consistency of future AI implementations. •Serve as a strategic technical advisor to senior leadership on AI opportunities, technology choices, implementation approaches, emerging capabilities, and associated risks and tradeoffs. Qualifications: •Practical experience with modern AI technologies, including large language model APIs, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), automation platforms, and contemporary AI development frameworks. •Demonstrated success delivering new products, platforms, or technical capabilities from initial concept through production, including experience with 0-to-1 development initiatives. •Strong background in integrating enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and complex, distributed, or fragmented data ecosystems. •Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to rapidly learn unfamiliar technologies, business processes, systems, and data structures. •Demonstrated capacity to move quickly while maintaining appropriate standards for scalability, reliability, security, and production readiness. •Strong commercial understanding and executive communication skills, with the ability to advise senior stakeholders, challenge conventional assumptions, and explain complex technical concepts in business-oriented language. •Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritize competing initiatives, and deliver outcomes within ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments. •Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to build consensus and influence both technical and non-technical teams without direct authority. •Coaching-focused leadership approach with a willingness to develop internal talent while remaining hands-on and technically engaged when necessary to accelerate delivery.
