Qualifications: •Customer Service: Proven ability to ensure exceptional customer service, conflict resolution and experiences across a store or multiple departments; ability to recommend and implement customer-centric initiatives or strategies based on feedback and trends to enhance the customer experience across a store or multiple departments •Retail Experience: Experience in a fast-paced grocery retail setting including perishable and non-perishable inventory management as well as tracking, improving, and managing product margins across multiple departments •Team Leadership: Supervisory experience including hiring, training, development, performance management, coaching, and team building for a manager group; skilled at creating a culture of inclusivity, teamwork, and collaboration; a track record of achieving excellent results through the effective development of high-performing leadership teams •Multi-Department Oversight: Demonstrated ability to provide effective oversight and leadership for a store, departments, or units; proven ability to allocate resources and set priorities for multiple leadership positions and departments; utilizes and develops processes for cross-department productivity, quality, and service •Financial and Strategic Planning and Implementation: Demonstrated experience with planning, implementing, and achieving the strategic and financial goals of an organization and/or unit •Prioritization and Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize and effectively optimize resources with competing demands and changing priorities, balancing daily operational tasks with strategic priorities; skilled in managing time and delegation to effectively lead, empower, and develop store leadership, and achieve goals •Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with natural foods industry and products strongly preferred •Technical Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize SharePoint and Teams •Change Management: Experience developing and executing change management strategies that minimize operational disruption and maintain business performance.
