A minimum of 2 years of supervisory/management experience in hospital, sterile processing department. Recognized Clinical expertise in sterile processing practice. . •Expertise in the area of Sterile Processing. Knowledge of Strong knowledge of Joint Commission and other regulatory agency requirements. Demonstrated leadership and management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiar with department budget and interpersonal communication. •Supports and promotes the philosophy, mission, statement goals, and objectives of CNMC and a member of the SPD team •Supervises daily operational activities of Sterile Processing area by monitoring quality and effectiveness of workflow, problem resolution and trouble shooting issues and or processes to ensure optimum efficiency and compliance with all regulatory licensing requirements •Implement strategic plan through management of clinical operations of the department.
