Required Skills: •Performs statistical data analysis requiring sound understanding of statistics. •Develops/uses statistical analysis methods to help operating groups improve processes and to help managing groups identify targets for improvement or make data-based decisions. •Interfaces with technical and operations personnel to evaluate operational methods, systems, processes, and new process development activities. •Provides statistical methods to assess the proformance of operations and to make recommendations on operational changes to improve performance and reduce variability. •Plans, schedules and conducts statistical analysis requiring standard or novel, applications of statistical principles and theory. •Advises managers on the significance of trends and other matters related to making operational decisions. •Prepares written summaries of technical reports and process reports. •Makes oral presentations on reults of work. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Statistics or a related field plus five years experience. •OR Master's degree in Statistics or a related field plus two years experience. •Preferred experience gained through statistical analysis of manufacturing methods, systems, and processes. •The minimum education and experience for the lowest career level in the job posting range are listed under Minimum Job Requirements.
