Required Skills: •Program Strategy: Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and key performance indicators, then translate business and manufacturing requirements into actionable execution plans. •Launch Readiness: Lead cross-functional planning for General Assembly equipment, process development, installation, and integration to support production readiness across brownfield and greenfield programs. •Schedule Ownership: Build and manage program schedules, resource needs, and deliverables to support timely milestone completion and clear accountability across teams. •Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, schedule, cost, and integration risks throughout the program lifecycle before they impact launch outcomes. •Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate decisions across Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering, Vehicle Integration, NPI, Logistics, Operations Engineering, Procurement, and Quality when priorities or requirements conflict. •Manufacturing Integration: Evaluate product design changes and manufacturing requirements to support Design for Manufacturing activities and ensure seamless integration into the General Assembly line. •Budget and Change Control: Monitor program costs, track Product Engineering-driven changes, and escalate cost, timing, or scope impacts with clear recommendations for resolution. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, STEM, or a related field •Solid functional working knowledge of Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Catia and AutoCAD. •Demonstrated capacity to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 40% of the time based on business needs. •Demonstrated capacity to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform the essential duties of the position, including understanding work instructions, safety procedures, and job-related communications. •Demonstrated capacity to work in manufacturing and production environments where personal protective equipment may be required. •Demonstrated capacity to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move through production areas as needed to review equipment, processes, and installation activity. •Demonstrated capacity to use a computer and related office equipment for extended periods to manage schedules, documentation, program updates, and cross-functional communication. •This role is fully onsite at Lucid’s manufacturing location. Daily in-person presence is required to support production readiness, cross-functional coordination, and manufacturing line execution.
