Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Management or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. •5+ years of technical program management or equivalent experience in a software engineering organization. •Proven hands-on experience in leading AI-driven products in the industry. •Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Management or related technical field. •Proven hands-on experience in consumer-facing or marketplace products, ideally in search, recommendations, or marketplace matching systems.
