Required Skills: •Serve as a senior technical expert for enterprise Windows and VMware infrastructure projects. •Deploy, configure, administer, and troubleshoot VMware vSphere 8, ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Entra ID (Azure AD). •Design and support highly available virtualization platforms and Windows-based infrastructure services. •Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for infrastructure, performance, and availability issues. •Automate operational tasks and infrastructure management using PowerShell. •Support enterprise services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file services, print services, Microsoft 365, and identity services. •Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures. •Lead infrastructure improvement initiatives focused on reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. •Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD). •Strong PowerShell scripting experience for automation and systems administration. •Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills. •VMware Horizon administration and support experience. •Operational familiarity with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform. •VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification preferred. •Microsoft certifications related to Windows Server, Active Directory, or Azure preferred.
