We are seeking a highly motivated Staff Systems Analyst to partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to deliver innovative digital solutions that enable the future of vehicle design, engineering, and research. In this strategic role, you will serve as a liaison between business and technology teams, translating complex needs into scalable solutions while driving continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of applications, platforms, and emerging technologies supporting Global Design, visualization, digital development, engineering, and R&D initiatives. •What You'll Do •Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and technology needs. •Lead discovery sessions, requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution definition activities. •Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and technology roadmaps. •Collaborate with software engineering, product management, architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendor teams to deliver business value. •Evaluate and recommend innovative technologies and digital solutions that improve business processes and customer experiences. •Support the full solution lifecycle, including planning, design, testing, implementation, change management, and continuous improvement. •Identify process improvement opportunities and drive simplification, standardization, automation, and modernization initiatives. •Facilitate prioritization discussions and balance competing business demands across multiple projects and product teams. •Analyze business workflows, systems integrations, and data flows to improve efficiency and effectiveness. •Monitor application performance, adoption, service health, and user satisfaction metrics. •Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional technology teams. •Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and governance standards.
