This role will drive cross-functional collaboration, define test strategies, and ensure high-quality, cost-effective product delivery aligned with customer expectations and business objectives. •Essential Duties And Responsibilities •Develop and execute the product level test solution meeting the cost and quality targets •Design methodologies towards design-for-test and design-for-debugto enhance coverage •Oversee product test solution (test program, flow, data collection ) development from NPI through mass production across multiple geographies within Product and Test Engineering •Investigate qualification and yield issues during NPI, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve coverage and process robustness •Build and supportscalable test software infrastructureto enable automation and AI assisted flows •Develop methodologies to deliver ATE test programs, validation and debug activities •Analyze Test data and feedback to product and manufacturing teams to enhance product quality and yield •Provide clear and regular communication of technical product status, risks, and mitigation strategies across the global org and other cross functional organizations Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer/Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) with 6+ years of experience in memory, or system-level product or test engineering or a related overlapping profile •Proven experience applying extensive knowledge of Product Engineering, Product Development •Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, to provide guidance to multi-functional, global teams, to resolve sensitive or difficult issues •Ability to lead and direct a team, make quick decisions in complex situations, quick learner with excellent problem solving and analytical skills •Strong understanding of PCIe, System Architecture, ASIC and clear fundamentals of NAND flash operation at device level •Understanding of manufacturing processes, Compensation: •$142,000 •$241,400 Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
