Hiring: Staff Supply Chain Systems Analyst Company: Form Energy Location: Berkeley, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 14:22:52 Employment Type: Full-time / Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Jira, OCI About the job Experience: •5+ years of experience managing enterprise procurement or supply chain systems Required Skills: •This is a hybrid role, which will require working onsite from our office in Berkeley, CA or Weirton, WV 3+ days per week. •Serve as the primary system administrator for ZipHQ, maintaining configuration, user roles, and platform health while identifying and implementing workflow improvements to streamline purchasing and approval processes. •Manage integrations and API connections between Zip and other business systems (e.g., ERP, Jira, other procurement tools, supplier punchout catalogs), ensuring data flows accurately and reliably across platforms. •Coordinate with Finance and IT Admins to configure, troubleshoot, and expand purchasing capabilities to scale with company growth. •Design and build new capabilities and workflows within Zip to support evolving purchasing needs, partnering with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions. •Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support and training to end users to maximize adoption and efficiency of the purchasing system.
