Bring deep expertise in system design to ensure the long-term sustainability and scalability of our software systems, balancing technical debt, performance concerns, and business needs. •Autonomous Decision-Making: Operate with a high degree of independence, trusted to make high-impact technical choices with minimal oversight. You are a go-to voice for evaluating trade-offs and setting direction across your domain. •Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, infrastructure, and engineering teams to drive alignment on technical decisions and ensure solutions are both practical and forward-looking.
