Required Skills: •Serve as a technical owner for enterprise server infrastructure platforms across their lifecycle, including evaluation, deployment, maintenance, refresh, and retirement. •Design and develop software systems that automate infrastructure deployment, provisioning, monitoring, maintenance, and remediation. •Build automation and orchestration solutions using technologies such as Python, Ansible, Go, Java, or similar languages and frameworks. •Develop Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration management solutions that standardize infrastructure operations. •Build automated workflows capable of detecting infrastructure issues, creating tickets, initiating remediation, and escalating issues when human intervention is required. •Contribute to self-monitoring and self-healing infrastructure capabilities. •Engineer solutions that interact directly with physical servers, operating systems, firmware, networking, storage, and infrastructure APIs. •Support bare-metal operating system environments and infrastructure platforms. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience. •Strong foundation in infrastructure software engineering and experience building software systems within an infrastructure domain. •Strong programming experience in at least one language such as Python, Go, Java, C++, Rust, C#, or similar. •In-depth knowledge of Linux and enterprise operating system fundamentals. •Understanding of server architecture, compute, memory, storage, networking, firmware, drivers, and operating system components. •Distributed systems and distributed infrastructure.
