Required Skills: •The Quality function plays a critical role in ensuring product conformity, process excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction throughout the entire product lifecycle-from supplier qualification through final product acceptance. •Maintain and continuously improve the AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements. •Plan and perform internal, supplier, and customer audits while driving corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. •Lead nonconformance management, root cause investigations, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to support manufacturing and engineering activities. •Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program Management to resolve quality issues and improve product and process performance. •Develop quality metrics, technical reports, risk assessments, and Management Review inputs. •Support Supplier Quality activities, including supplier qualification, audits, source inspections, supplier performance monitoring, NCRs, SCARs, RMAs, and supplier quality documentation. •Ensure compliance with AS9100 and customer quality requirements while supporting cross-functional quality initiatives. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline. •Previous experience within the aerospace or space industry. •Demonstrated experience performing AS9100 Internal Audits and working within AS9100 Quality Management Systems. •Strong technical writing skills with the ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, manufacturing documentation, and workmanship standards. •Strong knowledge of Root Cause Analysis methodologies, supplier quality management, and aerospace manufacturing processes. •Knowledge of IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and ESD control requirements. •AS9100 Auditor certification or equivalent Quality Management System auditor qualification. •Spanish language proficiency is considered a plus.
