You will define and drive the platform capabilities that enable feature teams, partners, and customers to build, automate, and operate on top of NodeZero with confidence. •You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can move fluidly between strategic thinking and tactical execution, and is comfortable making decisions that impact multiple product lines. •Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, SRE, Customer Success, Marketing, Support, Sales, and other Product leaders to deliver platform functionality that improves system stability, accelerates development, and unlocks enterprise and partner growth. •Platform Product Strategy and Vision: Own the end-to-end product strategy for the NodeZero platform, with a focus on scalability, reliability, security, extensibility, and enterprise readiness. Ensure platform investments are tightly aligned with company objectives, revenue goals, and customer outcomes. •Roadmap and Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain a transparent, outcome-driven roadmap across your portfolio. Balance short-term needs with long-term strategic bets. •Cross-Functional Alignment and Delivery: Partner closely with Engineering, SRE, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Customer Success to define requirements, plan releases, and drive execution. •Metrics, Insights, and Experimentation: Define and track success metrics across platform reliability, performance, integration adoption, and enterprise feature utilization.
