Required Skills: •Own the data import experience and product features. Make it easy for customers to bring in contracts and metadata from communications platforms, 3rd party repositories, shared drives, and other business applications while preserving structure, relationships, permissions, and provenance. •Build upon Ironclad’s context knowledge graph foundation. Define how contracts, clauses, terms, entities, workflows, approvals, counterparties, obligations, and related business objects are connected so Ironclad can provide context—not just isolated fields—to users and AI systems. •Create a data quality and trust flywheel. Define completeness, accuracy, freshness, consistency, lineage, and coverage metrics; build feedback loops; and ensure customers can understand, validate, correct, and improve the data powering their experiences. •Partner on contract understanding. Work closely with the Contract Understanding Platform team on the boundaries between ingestion, extraction, enrichment, graph construction, and serving—so data is built once, improved continuously, and reusable everywhere. Qualifications: •Zero-to-one product development experience building AI solutions.
