Renesas is unable to sponsor applicants for work visas for this position now or in the future. •Own product engineering activities across the full lifecycle, including silicon bring-up, characterization, qualification, production release, and sustaining •Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex product, test, and manufacturing issues •Drive improvements in yield, test efficiency, product performance, and cost of quality •Define and execute characterization and qualification strategies to ensure robust product release •Partner with design and test engineering teams to optimize DFT, test coverage, and correlation (bench vs ATE vs system) •Lead cross-functional efforts to resolve customer issues and field escalations •Analyze yield, parametric, and reliability data to identify trends and drive corrective actions Qualifications: •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline •Strong experience in semiconductor industry, with preference for power / analog / mixed-signal products •Comprehensive expertise in product lifecycle (NPI through sustaining) •Proven track record solving complex technical and yield-related issues •Strong data analysis skills (JMP, Python, MATLAB or similar) •Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills •Successfully lead on-time product releases with robust characterization and qualification coverage •Drive measurable improvements in yield, test cost, and product quality •Achieve timely resolution of critical product and customer issues •Establish strong correlation between bench, ATE, and system-level performance Compensation: •Competitive benefits and rewards package Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
