Required Skills: •Lead design strategy and execution across our creative tool suite, owning initiatives from 0 to1 through iterative delivery. •Shape AI-powered product experiences, including agentic and generative AI features, from interaction patterns and agent behavior through to polished UI. •Interface directly with your squad (PM, design, and engineering) to shape product direction, drive cross-functional alignment, and push back on constraints with clear rationale. •Communicate design direction to senior leadership and drive alignment across functions. •Use AI-assisted tools (Cursor, Claude, v0) for speed and exploration; return to Figma for craft refinement. •Mentor other designers on product thinking, interaction principles, and AI-assisted workflows. •Act as a thought partner to product, asking hard questions early and challenging assumptions before jumping to solutions. •Curiosity about AI-native design: you're open to learning and experimenting with tools like Cursor, Claude, and v0 as part of how you design and prototype.
