Required Skills: •Define BOM structure standards, templates, and governance policies used across the hardware organization. •Establish and continuously evolve BOM audit methodology, cadence, and escalation paths for systemic issues. •Review and mentor junior analysts' BOM work, coaching them on design intent, part relationships, and revision discipline. •Change Management •Own the strategic design and continuous improvement of the end-to-end ECO/ECN process, including governance model, escalation paths, and exception handling. •Chair or co-chair Change Review Board (CRB) meetings for complex, high-impact changes, driving alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Program Management leadership. •Assess the downstream impact of proposed changes on BOMs, documentation, inventory, and production schedules; communicate risks clearly to affected teams. •Maintain change history and audit trails in the PLM system to support regulatory compliance and internal quality standards.
