Helps to develop, execute, and document test scripts. •Supports administration of HR data tables and partners with key stakeholders to complete recurring data integrity audits. •Assists with ongoing monitoring of HR integrations and escalation of interface failures •Creates end-user documentation for HR teams, managers and employees Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of experience working directly with the technical aspects of Human Resources data and systems •Administrator experience in the Oracle HCM application and related modules •Demonstrated experience in supporting HR functions and projects •Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel •Excellent communication and organizational skills •Humanity is a cornerstone of Form Energy’s culture, and we make sure our compensation and benefits reflect that.
