This role serves as a technical leader responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and reliable solutions that support systems engineering and engineering operations. •Lead the design, configuration, integration, and support of enterprise engineering applications, including requirements management, systems modeling, and CAD platforms. •Support digital transformation initiatives and modernization of legacy application environments. •Develop and maintain automation using Bash and PowerShell scripting. •Translate engineering workflows into scalable application solutions, integrations, and process automation. •Manage application reliability, performance, security, upgrades, patching, and incident response. •Partner cross-functionally with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to define priorities, roadmaps, testing, and release plans. •Drive process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiency across the application portfolio. Qualifications: •Strong experience supporting and administering enterprise engineering applications. •Applied hands-on capability in digital transformation and legacy system modernization. •Proficiency in Bash and/or PowerShell scripting. •Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. •Operational familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Lean continuous improvement practices. •Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and drive adoption across teams.
