The role centers on ensuring long-term component availability, reliability, compliance, and sustainability throughout the product lifecycle. •Working closely with Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and suppliers, this position supports new designs, maintains continuity for existing products, and ensures all components meet performance, reliability, and compliance expectations. •Manage component selection, qualification, and approval for new and existing designs •Monitor lifecycle status and identify obsolescence risks early •Develop mitigation plans for end-of-life components and qualify alternates •Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain to resolve shortages, allocations, and sourcing challenges •Work directly with suppliers to obtain technical data, lifecycle information, and qualification documentation •Provide technical guidance during design reviews and NPI activities Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field •Knowledge of electronic, electrical, and electromechanical components •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills •Demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality teams Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
