Required Skills: •Provide administrative support to the Nightshade project 430D and additional support to the entire cleared community. •Manages calendars, schedules meetings for management, leads and team members. •Handles all project related travel for Nightshade management and assists line org business team with classified travel. •May coordinate special events and associated logistics. •Assists in developing project review/presentation materials. •Handles visitor and conference room logistics to ensure a seamless event. •Demonstrate proven customer service orientation, excellent organization skills, and flexibility in the performance of the job. •Focused on prioritizing work and completing assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
