We move fast, work closely together, and value trust, adaptability, and collaboration in everything we do. •To be considered, applicants must reside in the Washington, DC area and be available to work on a hybrid schedule from Silver Spring, MD. •Monitor the Accounting inbox and review, process, and enter all Accounts Payable (AP) transactions. •Prepare, review, and submit Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices to customers in accordance with contract and billing requirements. •Create, update, and maintain Accounting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and effective accounting processes. •Review subcontractor labor hours and supporting documentation; communicate with subcontractors and internal personnel to identify and resolve discrepancies.
