Hiring: Staff Accountant Company: Blue Marble Location: Ashland, OR Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 17:36:30 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, Spark About the job Experience: •1-2 years of progressive experience, preferably including exposure to e-commerce, manufacturing, or retail industries •Public accounting experience preferred, particularly in audit or internal controls Required Skills: •Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate and complete recording of financial transactions •Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities for assigned areas •Maintain general ledger integrity, including detailed account reconciliations and supporting schedules •Analyze account activity and investigate variances, anomalies, and discrepancies •Accounts Payable and Receivable Support •Support AP and AR processes, including invoice validation, payment processing, and customer payment application •Reconcile vendor and customer accounts and resolve discrepancies •Monitor transactional accuracy across systems (NetSuite, Brex) Qualifications: •Strong analytical and math skills •A minimum of an Associate Degree is required.
