Hiring: Stabilization Specialist - CBHC MCI Company: Eliot Community Human Services Location: Greater Boston Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 10:39:34 About the job Required Skills: •Provide crisis support and side by side interventions to clients that focus on problem solving, skills training, modeling behavior, optimism, and encouragement. •Provide interventions in the office, virtually, in the community and in client’s residences based on client preference, client need, and at the clinical direction of the urgent care team. •Provide and support mobile crisis interventions, stabilization, planning and evaluations. •Provide follow up and follow along supports as part of short-term treatment planning, stabilization, and urgent care. •Provide short term case management supports including: managing income, insurance, other entitlements, accessing other services and community resources and scheduling/coordination of all medical and psychiatric appointments. •Complete all necessary paperwork, documentation, and insurance verification within the established timeframes.
