Required Skills: •Perform debug for SSD related issues reported from customers and internal teams in the qualification and production phases •Develop and manage a team of high performing SSD Debug engineers to align with organization strategies •Work closely with product development teams to drive issues to resolution in a timely manner •Represent owned issues in debug forums and customer meetings •Drive and manage issues in bug tracking database •Perform required lab work to replicate the reported issues •Create 8D/failure analysis reports and explain to the customer •Write product use-case technical white papers as needed Qualifications: •Proven NVMe and PCIe experience debugging complex SSD issues •SSD Firmware architecture and/or validation/test experience •Excellent understanding of debug tools: PCIe and NVME protocol analyzers •Data center/server storage knowledge and experience •Open-Source SSD Tools, such as, NVMe-CLI, FIO •Good understanding of Open Compute Platform (OCP) specifications •Strong verbal and written communication skills (English) •SSD Firmware development/debug a plus •NVMe driver knowledge is a plus •Able to travel when and where needed – both domestic and international Compensation: •$180,300 - $300,490 / year •Offering a generous PTO allotment, holiday shutdown, and flexible work options Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
