Ensure every interaction is of the highest quality. •Actively participate and share observations across the organization to improve process or help solve root cause issues. •Actively facilitate and support CE and webinar process in conjunction with Events Planning and our Retirement Solutions Group (RSG). Duties include report creation and/or reconciliation. •Research and troubleshoot systems and sales tools issues and support new user onboarding and training.
