Qualifications: •Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Operations, Quality Management, or equivalent practical experience. •Demonstrated capacity to analyze operational data and turn findings into practical corrective actions. •Understanding of service availability, operational risk, customer impact, escalation paths, and production readiness. •Strong ability to work across multiple technical teams while keeping ownership clear. •Strong written communication skills and ability to summarize technical issues in clear operational language. •Operational familiarity with production readiness, incident/problem management, quality control, auditability, and regulated service operations.
