Below are some key responsibilities of the role. •Perform and lead HTS classification, ECCN analysis/validation, COO determinations, AD/CVD applicability reviews, and regulatory compliance activities. •Analyze product data, bills of materials (BOM), technical documentation, and content-based requirements (aluminum, steel, copper certifications) to ensure accurate classification and minimize duty exposure. •Conduct FDA and Partner Government Agency (PGA) reviews and support import/export documentation accuracy. •Support and coordinate global classification consistency across U.S., Mexico, Canada, and Poland operations. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered. •Licensed Customs Broker, Certified Export Specialist (CES), or strong desire to attain professional certification.
