Required Skills: •Implement development activities as assigned, including dispensing of raw materials, generation of R&D product and commercial samples for internal or external evaluation, manufacture of feasibility trials and/or pilot batches, and completion of physical testing. •Document all experiments and result in development batch records/protocols and/or laboratory notebooks and electronic files. •Sets-up, maintain, and clean laboratories equipment and work area. •Maintain raw material inventory. •Follow all safety procedures and practices. Maintain a safe work environment. •Implement detailed observations, analyze data, and interpret results. •Write formal scientific experimental reports. •Perform a wide variety of development and/or production laboratory tasks and experiments.
