This role ensures complex, multi-product deployments are delivered reliably, adopted successfully, and scaled with confidence. •As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you sit at the intersection of customer trust, execution, and mission impact—turning complexity into clarity and ensuring Axon’s technology delivers when it matters most. •Own end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-scale programs for Strategic and Global customers, driving execution from planning through deployment, acceptance, and adoption. Qualifications: •Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder deployments for enterprise or global customers. •Program management fundamentals, including scope, schedule, risk, dependency, and change management. •Demonstrated capacity to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, making sound decisions without complete information. •Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive, technical, and customer audiences. •Demonstrated capability managing multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining focus on priorities and outcomes. •Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward practical, scalable solutions. •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience; PMP certification preferred. •Successfully lead complex, enterprise-scale programs for Strategic and Global customers with predictable, high-quality delivery. •Operate with ownership and sound judgment, bringing clarity and calm to ambiguous, high-pressure situations. •Builds trust with customers and cross-functional partners through clear communication, proactive risk management, and consistent execution.
