This role requires a blend of strong leadership and technical acumen to effectively navigate the complexities of data center driven projects. You will understand the technical challenges in the interaction of silicon, software and board elements on next generation computing system solutions. You are energized by working in a fast-paced technical organization across multiple sites, with multifaceted product requirements •Key Responsibilities •Partner with electrical, FW, thermal and mechanical engineering teams, enabling the definition, design and verification of product hardware •Manage and lead electrical, thermal and mechanical pathfinding with architects, design and verification of all system design POCs •Work with key electro-mechanical vendors, ensuring technical deliverables are met. Partner with supply chain managers for vendor selection •Coordinate with internal cross functional design and operations teams including product design, manufacturing engineering, firmware and software to develop cohesive development plans •Lead design issues & resolutions impacting system design program deliverables •Develops and shares best-in-class processes to streamline and grow the organization to meet new challenges •Preferred Experience •Has driven product development with hardware platforms and related software ecosystem. •Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, etc. •Demonstrated success in leading and delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs on time and within budget. •Experience with hardware development, from foundry & OSAT to platform level architecture, design and execution in a fast-paced environment. •Ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly and to lead and manage technical teams Compensation: •$185,600 •$278,400 Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
