Required Skills: •As a Senior Systems Administrator, you’ll be a senior technical owner of our enterprise infrastructure across compute, storage, identity, and cloud. You’ll lead complex incident and problem resolution, champion automation, and ensure the availability, performance, and security of the systems Scout depends on every day. •Design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure across compute, storage, identity, and cloud platforms. •Act as a senior subject matter expert for core infrastructure services, supporting availability, performance, monitoring, and operational readiness of production systems. •Lead Tier-3 incident resolution and root-cause analysis, recommending and executing sustainable corrective actions. •Champion a culture of automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to reduce manual errors, accelerate deployments, and strengthen infrastructure security. •Administer Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, and other Microsoft cloud services, including the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of Azure-based resources, databases, and applications. •Partner with the Security team to ensure smooth, secure inter-departmental operations. •Support and execute network-related tasks as needed to maintain reliable IT operations.
