Qualifications: •4+ years of experience in project/program management, operations, strategy, analytics, or a related field •Proficiency in SQL (or a similar query language) with experience using data to support business decisions and performance analysis •Strong business acumen with the ability to translate high-level strategy into scalable programs and operational processes •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating and translating messages to cross-functional stakeholders •Practical experience utilizing enterprise customer needs, sales enablement, and go-to-market motions •Comfortability with basic Uber-preferred AI tools including ChatGPT and Claude/Cortana •Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to continuously re-evaluate priorities, balance competing workstreams, and drive execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment •Comfortable owning greenfield initiatives, creating processes that have not previously existed, and navigating ambiguity with a bias toward action •For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $118,000 per year - USD $131,000 per year. •For New York City, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $131,000 per year - USD $145,000 per year.
