Required Skills: •Demonstrate excellence resulting in scalable systems and services with the highest quality architecture and design. •Lead and oversee designing, building, deploying and maintaining the core Workflow Platform Infrastructure. (e.g., Workflow Platforms - Temporal, Netflix Conductor etc.) •Lead and oversee benchmarking the Platform, collecting metrics & publishing results. •Lead and oversee measuring & ensuring reliability and uptime of the Platform with 99.995% guarantees. •Lead and oversee capacity estimation & provisioning of cluster for different customer workloads. •Lead and oversee production incident Monitoring & Alerting for the Platform. •Detail oriented and hands on engineer who can analyze OSS Platform components and code. •Dive deep into critical system issues, proactively addressing similar root causes, and raise the bar on Operational Excellence. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or a closely related field •Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining highly available, distributed systems •Strong familiarity developing with Java and Spring Framework as well as experience in an AWS environment. •Extensive experience in managing mission critical services with high throughput and low latency. •Solid engineering skills as a lead engineer to coach and lead high performing software engineers and keep them motivated. •Excellent communication skills to shepherd communication with end users, technical & business teams to collect requirements, describe product features, and develop technical designs to achieve business goals. •Knowledge of Agile software engineering practices & patterns for the full software development lifecycle including coding standards, code reviews, build processes, testing, and live site operations. •Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional, highly collaborative environment.
